What We Offer: $20/hour First Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services 401k Opportunity for advancement (1) 30-minute lunch break (2) 15-minute breaks What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED required Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. safely and consistently Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred Proven experience operating a forklift; forklift certification preferred Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Effective communication skills with the ability to work well in a team Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or equipment as required Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels Willingness to load and unload trailers, including in adverse weather conditions What You’ll Do as a Shipping and Receiving Associate: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips or invoices and checking for any damages or discrepancies Prepare outgoing shipments, including accurate packaging, labeling, and loading of materials onto trailers Maintain a well-organized warehouse, ensuring proper storage and efficient organization of inventory Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials as required Support inventory control by staging materials for CNC machines and palletizing fabricated materials for shipment Collaborate with fabricators, project managers, and the fabrication manager to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
