Overview of Position: Shipping and Receiving Associates are responsible for receiving deliveries and distributing product to the appropriate locations. This position is responsible for maintaining Windham Mountain Club's high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and distribution of supplies. Job Qualifications: + Must be comfortable interacting with both staff and guests in a friendly and helpful manner. + Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal. + Must be able to work independently and complete tasks efficiently. + Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds and to remain standing for an entire work shift. + Must be able to move large bulky items around Job Duties: The list below best represents many of the tasks you will be asked to perform at some time during your employment at Windham Mountain Club, although this list of duties is not intended to represent all of the tasks you may be asked to perform. + Receive deliveries, store, and rotate all stock in warehouse areas. + Keep accurate count of warehouse stock items + Keep proper paperwork for all transfers from warehouse stock to locations + Deliver stock to appropriate storage and resort business locations in an efficient and neat manner + Must be able to work early morning shifts and weekends + Work in coolers and freezers, as well as cold conditions on loading docks + Keep loading dock clean and well organized + Keep all storage areas clean and well organized + Must be willing to work in other departments, when busy and help is needed Work Schedule and Conditions: We are in the business of providing a quality product and experience for our guests. Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holiday periods which you will be expected to work. You can also expect to be asked to work extra hours or days on occasion, especially during the holiday periods.
