ABOUT THE POSTION:
We are seeking a motivated Receiving Clerk to help electronically receive material into our ERP system from vendor deliveries.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities
Receives goods electronically and verifies bills of lading from vendors and material certification documents.Maintains database of receiving records and material data to ensure that material is received in a timely manner for customer orders to be shipped and appropriate billing documents are provided to accounting or other associated departments as required.Notifies supervisor of major discrepancies or over-shipments from vendors.Performs other clerical duties. QualificationsQualifications
Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items received on a computer.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
