​As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk you will be responsible and accountable for ensuring prompt and accurate shipment of our products and verifying incoming shipments to ensure total customer satisfaction.

This role works from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and requires a moderate amount of overtime throughout the week and sometimes on Saturdays.

RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION ​ 

  

Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:​ 

Receive and verify daily shipments from small package services and various truck deliveries:  match purchase order with slip, enter information into computer, and deliver to appropriate area.

Prepare all shipping, receiving, and inventory functions on ERP system.

Ship small package service packages by completing necessary information on form.

Complete internal air bill, bill-of-ladings, and other documents.

Close out UPS and Federal Express shipping systems and run daily reports.

Arrange for packages to be picked up by carriers.

Wrap packages for shipment and attach invoice.

Prioritize and organizes orders to be shipped according to ship dates.

Package and addresses material for shipping.

Complete internal and external shipping documents.

 JOB QUALIFICATIONS​ 

  

Requirements:​ 

High School education or GED equivalent is required. 

Experience working in a manufacturing environment or Packaging is preferred

Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
