Braun Intertec is looking to hire a Warehouse/Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join their team in Bloomington, MN who will support their Facilities Department and Bloomington Operational Divisions (construction materials laboratory and NDE).

Duties and Responsibilities

Provides excellent customer service by ensuring order accuracy and timely delivery and communication (documenting and sharing tracking / PRO information as needed), answering phones, supporting customers and internal share holdersManage inbound and outbound shipments.  Ensure outgoing shipments are packaged and loaded properly and securely and incoming receiving is unloaded in a timely mannerDocument any damaged goods received with pictures and reportCoordination with front desk, receiving area and Night Driver as neededCoordination with clients and carriers for the shipping of materials and goods, including understanding the carrier’s capabilities and schedulesMaintain cleanliness and organization of Warehouse, garage, and lab areasPerform miscellaneous facility related tasks on as as-needed basisAnalyzes logistical problems and provides and/or recommends solutions

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

Excellent communication and customer service skillsExcellent organizational and coordination skillsAble to identify problems and work with a sense of urgency to solve themWilling to understand how the business unit operates and how this role helps drive successAble to work while standing and routinely lift 50 pounds safelyAbility to drive pallet jacks and forklifts as needed (training will be provided as needed)Basic computer and software knowledge is strongly preferredRelated experience is strongly preferred

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud when on job site.

Compensation Range:

$41,000.00 - $62,000.00
