Pay: $22/hr to $25/hr Hours: 7am to 3:30pm Location: East Mesa ] Skills: + Forklift + Inventory control + Erp system Job Description Receiving Clerk: • Receive Incoming Shipments: Unload, inspect, and verify the contents of shipments to ensure accuracy against purchase orders. • Inspection: Check for damaged items, discrepancies, or other issues, and report findings to the supervisor or purchasing team. • Documentation: Accurately record all received items in the inventory management system, ensuring proper labeling and tagging of materials. • Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to transport items within the facility. • Storage Organization: Store materials in designated locations, ensuring efficient space utilization and easy access for production needs. • Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory activities to maintain accurate stock levels. • Communication: Coordinate with the purchasing, production, and quality assurance teams to resolve any discrepancies with shipments. • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and ensure the workspace is clean and organized, complying with OSHA and company regulations. • Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements in the receiving and inventory control processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications• Experience in an HVAC or manufacturing environment. • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in receiving, warehouse operations, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or HVAC-related industry. • Familiarity with ERP systems (EPICOR is a plus). • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
