Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against orders and invoices.
Prepare and label items for shipment using shipping software.
Keep accurate records of inventory and shipments in the ERP system.
Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks as needed.
Ensure all shipments meet quality and safety standards.
Work closely with the Inventory Control team to maintain stock levels.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory management.
Experience using Syteline ERP software.
Knowledge of freight carriers and shipping procedures.
Education:
High School

Qualifications:
Forklift Experience
Basic computer skills, including email, Excel, and shipping software
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance when needed.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
