Shipping and Sample Kitting Specialist Denver, CO (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=1111+E+71st+Ave+Denver+CO+USA+80229) Description The shipping and Sample Kitting Specialist plays a vital role on the marketing team by supporting our sales organization and customers. By coordinating the assembly and delivery of our samples, literature, and kits it will help deliver an optimal experience for homeowners, designers and architects who influence the selection of TruStile doors for a project and drive revenue for TruStile and maintaining our premium brand in the market. Highlights of the role: Joint responsibilities : · Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to communications · Identify trends related to customer orders and provide regular feedback to management as needed · Participate in additional projects within the support team or cross-functionally as needed to include custom sales kits and product launches · Handle, label and ship 50% of orders from the Shopify sample site · Handle, label and ship 50% of job-related orders from manufacturing · Ship Shopify orders in the same order they enter the system · Monthly inventory of physical marketing items for finance including glass samples, glass and wood kit boxes, glass foam inserts, rolling cases, 2-door stands, single door stands, corner racks, catalogs, etc. Individual responsibilities · Manage stock of all veneer, stain, glass and hinges with purchasing · Manage assembly of stain, glass and hinge kits · Manage shipping of stain glass and hinge kits · Manage inventory of stain, glass and hinge boxes for kits · Maintain an inventory of 25 of stain, glass and hinge kits · Update and maintain the inventory of veneer, stain, glass, metal and leather samples and kits · Manage inventory of all shipping labels and assigned sample kit labels · Manage inventory on shipping boxes, bubble wrap and other shipping related materials · Manage literature inventory with assistance from marketing and print vendor Requirements · The ability to move quickly without rushing · Fabulous time management skills · A sense of ownership and teamwork · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal · Strong bias for action, ability to dive deep, and insistence on the highest standards · An entrepreneurial spirit and are willing to participate in multiple roles at various levels, gives credit to others, always puts the company’s goals first · Obsessive nature with the need for continuous improvement · The ability to act with a bias towards hands-on involvement · Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills · An attitude focused on customers and an ability to empathize with what they experience Shift Hours : Thursday - Saturday and every other Wednesday 530am to 530pm Your opportunity for better living: As a Marvin brand, TruStile is driven to imagine and create better ways of living.
