Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 to $25.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)Process outbound shipments using FedEx, UPS, and other online shipping platformsPrepare and package cardboard boxes for shipmentHandle and use staple guns and strapping machinesBuild and prepare wooden pallets as neededSchedule and coordinate freight pickups with various trucking companiesOperate a forklift safely to move and stage shipmentsMaintain an organized and clean shipping areaPerform basic record keeping and inventory tasks as neededShipping Associate Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (required)Previous shipping/warehouse experience preferred (1+ year ideal)Experience using FedEx, UPS, and other online shipping platformsAbility to safely operate a forklift Skilled in using staple guns, strapping machines, and basic hand toolsComfortable building and preparing wooden palletsAbility to schedule and coordinate freight pickups with carriersStrong attention to detail for packaging, labeling, and shipment accuracyBasic inventory and record-keeping skillsCapable of lifting 50+ lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean, efficient workspaceDependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a teamApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
