What Success Looks Like:

Assist with daily shipping duties, including preparing and processing shipments. Create and print box labels for shipments. Match freight bills with billing documentation and maintain accurate records. Generate and review bills of lading for accuracy and compliance. Handle customer service calls related to shipping inquiries and needs. Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues promptly and professionally Input and manage outside assembly data. Maintain accurate shipping documentation and records. Use QuickBooks to assist with inventory, bulling, or other operational tasks. Perform data entry and reporting in Excel and other software as needed.  assist with packing list creation and ensure all items are accurately scammed into the system. Following all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines; and notify supervisor/team lead of any existing or potential safety issues Responsible for attending work on time and for scheduled hours each day. Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

 

What You Bring:

High School Diploma or Equivalent a plus Prior shipping and logistics experience is a plus Computer literate - Excel, QuickBooks Able to walk and stand for up to 10 - 12 hours Lift 50 lbs. using proper technique Can communicate effectively Read and understand written instructions Able to perform basic math Can work with a team or independently Eager to learn with a can-do attitude

 

 The target hourly wage for this position is $17.50/hr. 

 

Work Environment / Other Requirements 

The work performed is conducted in a non-climate-controlled facility with moderate noise levels that are within OSHA limits. Must wear PPE as required
