**Job Title: Shipping Assistant** **Job Description** Responsible for assisting a team of three with all shipments of products. This includes packaging medical kits into boxes, labeling them correctly, working with UPS and FedEx labels/carriers, and shipping around 100-250 boxes a day. You will also assist other departments such as inventory and other warehouse roles when shipment duties are completed. **Responsibilities** + Package medical kits into boxes and label them correctly. + Work with UPS and FedEx labels/carriers. + Ship around 100-250 boxes a day. + Assist other departments such as inventory and other warehouse roles when shipment duties are completed. + Move materials from a conveyor belt into boxes for shipment. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of shipping experience. + Experience in a warehouse environment, including picking and material handling systems. + Inventory management. + Shipping and receiving. + Packaging. + RF scanner operation. + Material handling. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lift up to 20-25 pounds. + Strong tenure in previous roles. + Accountability for completing shipping tasks and helping other departments as needed. **Why Work Here?** Once you become a permanent employee, you can earn higher pay each time you learn multiple stations. Employees work in a masked environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
