We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES** : To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Prepares and keeps records of goods shipped, e.g., manifests, bills of lading • Coordinate and communicate with freight carriers on trailer switches and pick-ups • Troubleshoot freight issues related to shipping in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system • Schedule freight within online portals • Communicate with cross functional departments as needed • Process returns both internal and external • Process sub-contract shipments • Support shift supervisor on shift management needs • Prepares and keeps records of goods shipped, e.g., manifests, bills of lading • Additional duties as assigned **QUALIFICATIONS:** • High School Diploma or equivalent. • One-year related experience in related field • Experience operating a scanner • Ability to work independently with little direction or supervision. • Ability to prioritize and multi-task under short deadlines. • Effective organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication skills **DAY IN THE LIFE:** In this role, the working environment is a general production/assembly environment, and the physical demands may include but not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending and lifting up to 25 pounds. The starting salary is based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and market conditions.
