The Material Handler, Shiping Clerk performs various duties to transport material throughout the manufacturing facility and process inventory transactions to maintain accurate inventory records.


  

Duties and Responsibilities 

Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using a forkliftPrepare appropriate paperwork for shipments, transfers, and load trucks in a safe manner.Pull parts for picklists accurately and efficientlyEfficiently and accurately perform all activities related to shipping.Perform all material transaction using “scan to transact”Package material to prevent damage during transitSafely and efficiently transport material throughout the facility using lift trucks


Requirements


High School Diploma or GEDPrevious experience with Inventory Management systems (M2M) desiredUnderstand safety regulations and protocolsExperience driving forklifts is strongly desiredMust be legally able to work in the United StatesMust have a positive attitude and foster a continuous improvement environment
