Job Description
I am seeking a dedicated Shipping Associate to prepare and kit materials for our client's production departments. As a shipping clerk, you will ensure the safe execution of warehouse processes by closely following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID), and work orders related to material handling, equipment operation, and packaging.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and kit materials for production departments.Follow SOPs, WIDs, and work orders for material handling, equipment operation, and packaging.Receive and fill orders safely, accurately, and timely, placing materials in appropriate locations.Operate tools and equipment such as computers, handheld scanners, tape guns, calculators, measuring tools, pallet jacks, forklifts, and swing reach trucks.Adhere to all safety requirements and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).Maintain accurate inventory in all designated warehouses and locations.Ensure work areas are safe, clean, and organized.Inspect products for quality, cooperate with other departments, and report problems promptly.Prepare and account for all material movement documentation and update the inventory management system accordingly.Participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean, and Continuous Improvement activities, including 5S activities.Work effectively as part of a team and assist with training and mentoring co-workers.Focus on personal development through timely and proactive completion of training.Adhere to schedules to meet production goals.Essential SkillsExperience in general production, shipping, and receiving.Proficiency in packing, packaging, and shipping operations.Knowledge of warehouse operations, picking, material handling, and inventory control.Ability to load and pick materials efficiently.Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality.Additional Skills & QualificationsAble to work in and out of a cleanroom environment.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
