**1st Shift Kitting** **Job Description** - Ready work orders as required - Verification of parts - Ensuring kits are set to be built properly - Building kits - Communication with leadership to discuss any questions/concerns - Average of 3,750 kits produced over a week period - Properly wrap and mark finished pallets and put in proper location - Post order in system with name for credit/tracking - Clean up of tables and general areas for next person/next day **Hard Skills** + Ability to lift 20 lbs consistently for an 8 hour day + Previous experience with positions paced work + Must be comfortable with computer usage **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Perrysburg, Ohio. **Work Environment** - Large warehouse/distribution site - 123,000 sq foot warehouse - Roughly a 40 person company - Overtime is infrequent, and if needed falls on Saturday - All OT is typically voluntary and they try to shy away from it - No steel toed shoes required - Candidates can wear shorts, cut offs, etc, as long as they are tasteful **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
