Shipping Coordinator (Wilsonville, OR/ On-Site) About the Role The Shipping Coordinator at APCON, Inc. will be responsible for ensuring that all product shipments to our customers are accompanied by accurate documentation and delivered on time. Communicates clearly with internal staff members and the Manufacturing team regarding outbound shipments, as requested. Keeps detailed documentation on outgoing shipments and prepares the product for shipment. Checks outbound shipments for accuracy and readiness for customer delivery. Responsibilities   + Manage packages and ship blades and chassis, handling customer-configured orders and advanced replacements while coordinating with the Sales Administration team on shipping documentation + Sorting, placing, and packaging the materials or products in the pallets and boxes based on internal shipping rules and standards + Assures that shipping counts match picking documents and assists in resolving any discrepancies + Ensures the accuracy of all shipping documents and maintains data and records relative to shipping activities + Ensures that labeling is clear and accurate so the right product is shipped to the customers + Ensures an adequate supply of shipping materials is available and reconciles quantities on hand to system records + Follow proper Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling procedures when shipping sensitive electronic components, including using anti-static packaging materials such as ESD bags and foam inserts + Performs any other tasks as assigned by the management team Required Skills and Abilities   + At least 3 years of experience in a shipping role within a high-tech environment + Ability to keep accurate stock tracking, inspections, and documentation + Strong understanding of ESD precautions and ability to work with sensitive electronic components + Utilize Materials Requisition Planning (MRP) systems for inventory tracking + Ability to multi-task and change direction based on changing demands + Work and communicate seamlessly with internal teams within the company + Keep work areas structured, organized, and fully functional + Tech-savvy with the ability to work with inventory management software Education and/or Training High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience About APCON, Inc.
