Shipping Coordinator
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + _Supervision of staff in charge (and derivative activities: OJT's, training, motivation, payroll, performance evaluations, etc)_ + _Coordinate activities and different areas (Manufacturing Planning and Traffic and Customs) to ensure timely shipments of finished product from scrap and miscellaneousTF to the end customer_ _Order (buy) the packing material and give the required monitoring to ensure the supply of the same_ + _Ensure through appropriate communication and coordination, the flow of returnable packaging materialfrom the supplier to the Plant & from the Plant to the supplier_ + _Generation of shipping documents to get them to Traffic and Customs_ + _Ensure the integrity of the records in the area ofshipments and make the necessary analysis to arrive at the causes of the discrepancies where these exist_ + _Review and analyze the Aged finish goods report, the purpose is identify orders that have been in shipping area for a period of time and take specific action such as notify the order administrator ._ + _Analyze the ship set report and coordinate the follow up with manufacturing in order to complete the orders on time or also complete orders when the sales value is high_ **Who You Are:** + You quickly and decisively take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations. + You evaluate pros and cons, risks and benefits of different solution options + You build constructive relationships with people both similar and different to yourself. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + 2 to 4 yearsas a buyer of raw material, equipment, machinery and supplies industry preferably inmetalmechanic. **Our Offer To You:** Benefits At Emerson we offer a competitive benefits package to recognize and support our employees such as private health insurance with dependent coverage, flexible work opportunities, wellness center, door-to-door transportation, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and career growth focus and many more.
