**Job Title: Shipping Coordinator**
**Job Description**
This role is a part of the Distribution Center team, working actively in the warehouse to assist with receivers, shippers, and other Distribution Center operations. At the advanced level, the representative will provide information from the Warehouse, be proficient in day-to-day operations and operating tools and systems, understand the daily workflow, and efficiently execute intermediate-level responsibilities with minimal assistance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist with shipping and receiving processes.
+ Support daily warehouse operations and ensure the smooth flow of goods.
+ Utilize SAP and inventory management systems to track and manage warehouse stock.
+ Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
+ Collaborate with the director of warehousing and regional manager to organize and manage warehouse activities.
+ Use Microsoft Office and Excel to maintain records and reports.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes.
+ Experience with SAP and inventory management systems.
+ Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Excel.
+ Ability to understand and manage daily warehouse workflows.
+ Good command of day-to-day operations and required responsibilities in a warehouse setting.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a busy and active warehouse setting. You will work alongside a dedicated team, utilizing various technologies and equipment to manage daily operations. **Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, Florida.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
