Shipping Coordinator (Wilsonville, OR/ On-Site)

About the Role

Responsible for ensuring all shipments of the products to our customers with accurate documents and on-time delivery. Communicate clearly with internal staff members and the Manufacturing team regarding outbound shipments, as requested.  Keeps detailed documentation on outgoing shipments and prepares the product for shipment.  Checks outbound shipments for accuracy and readiness for customer delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage packages and ship blades and chassis, handling customer-configured orders and advanced replacements while coordinating with the Sales Admin team on shipping documentation.Ensures the accuracy of all shipping documents and gathers and maintains data and records relative to shipping activities.Assures that shipping counts match picking documents and assists in resolving any discrepancies.Sorting, placing, and packaging the materials or products in the pallets and boxes according to a predetermined sequence. Ensures that labeling is clear and accurate so the right product is shipped to the customers. Ensures an adequate supply of shipping materials is available and on hand.Performs any other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Abilities
 At least 3 years of experience in a receiving role within a high-tech environment.Ability to keep accurate stock tracking, inspections, and documentation. Utilize MRP systems, and cycle counts, and enforce best practices. Handle multiple tasks, and prevent stock discrepancies. Work and communicate seamlessly with internal teams within the companyKeep work areas structured, organized, and fully functional.Tech-savvy with the ability to work with inventory management software.
Education and/or Training
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
