Shipping Coordinator (Wilsonville, OR/ On-Site)
About the Role
Responsible for ensuring all shipments of the products to our customers with accurate documents and on-time delivery. Communicate clearly with internal staff members and the Manufacturing team regarding outbound shipments, as requested. Keeps detailed documentation on outgoing shipments and prepares the product for shipment. Checks outbound shipments for accuracy and readiness for customer delivery.

Required Skills and Abilities
At least 3 years of experience in a receiving role within a high-tech environment.Ability to keep accurate stock tracking, inspections, and documentation. Utilize MRP systems, and cycle counts, and enforce best practices. Handle multiple tasks, and prevent stock discrepancies. Work and communicate seamlessly with internal teams within the companyKeep work areas structured, organized, and fully functional.Tech-savvy with the ability to work with inventory management software.
Education and/or Training
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
