The Distribution Associate is responsible for executing receiving, storing, picking, staging and distribution of materials required for assembly/manufacture of product, and ensuring the day-to-day work task are completed in an ethical, safe manner. This position reports to the Distribution Manager and is part of the Receiving Department located in Logan/North Logan, UT and will be an on-site role.. What you will do: + Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts or forklifts, pick parts/products for shipments ensuring accuracy of identification and quantity, create and/or maintain transactional inventory records, maintain accurate files of packing and shipping activity, and physically and systemically receive/issue individual material requisitions from internal and external departments + Communicate/notify appropriate personnel of shipping/inventory discrepancies, fill kits and deliver to production as required, maintain stocking/inventory objectives, and quantifies and verifies cycle counts + Comply with EHS and Quality System regulations and policies and perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned. Aware of and comply with Stop Order, Concessions, ESD, Calibration, Preventative Maintenance, Material Identification & Segregation, and Good Documentation Practices, as associated with this job type/position. Who you are: + High school diploma or local equivalent, and have demonstrated ability to communicated (read, write, and speak) in English + Must be capable of passing Department of Transportation’s Health Exam to operate company vehicle routing materials to and from company and outside warehouses + Proficient in basic mathematics and c apable of working in extreme cold conditions (-20 ̊ C/-4 ̊ F) on a regular basis .
