Responsibilities:\n\n\u2022 Mailroom & Office Support: Assist in all mailroom functions, including sorting, distributing, and handling mail. Support various office services like copy requests and work tickets during coverage or lunch breaks.
\u2022 Backup for staff: Act as a backup for all office staff functions when needed, offering flexibility in adapting to changes in duties or coverage.
\u2022 Maintains records and files
\u2022 Must have good working knowledge of postal regulations
\u2022 Must have good working knowledge of computer basics
\u2022 Perform work in a backup capacity to all staff functions
\u2022 Provide problem resolution
\u2022 May deal with difficult or irate customers periodically
\u2022 Ensures equipment is in good working order, equipment maintenance
\u2022 Interfaces with the client contact when required
\u2022 Keeps manager informed of operational efficiencies and potential problems
\u2022 May be required to work overtime periodically
\u2022 Able to set priorities
\u2022 Must be flexible to adapt to changes
\u2022 Must demonstrate leadership qualities
\u2022 Travel when need based on coverage and needs\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent required.
\u2022 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
\u2022 1 to 2 year experience in a mail room or experience at FedEx and\/or UPS.
\u2022 Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
\u2022 Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.\n\n
