Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join their team in Wind Gap, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring the accurate handling of goods within their warehouse. This role includes receiving and inspecting incoming stock, preparing outgoing shipments, and maintaining organized storage and documentation practices. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as this position involves regular interaction with customers and coordination of logistics activities.
The Day-to-Day:
Receive and process inbound paperwork, including packing slips, bills of lading, and customs documentsHandle email correspondence with customers regarding shipping and inventory mattersEnter receipts, shipments, and stock movements into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)Book pickups and generate shipping labels and freight documents for various shipment types (LTL, parcel, ocean, etc.)Maintain and update the dock calendar to ensure smooth logistics operationsMaintain accurate records and documentation using Excel and other Microsoft Office toolsAnswer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiriesQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse logisticsProficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ExcelBilingual capabilities required (English and Spanish)Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsPay Rate:
$22.00 to $23.00 /hrSchedule:
Monday to Friday8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
