Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare, print, and sort bills of lading for shippingPrepare Customs paperwork including commercial invoices for shipments to CanadaPhotograph international shipments prior to shippingCommunicate with Customer Service and provide information as requested including copies of packing slips or delivery receipts and tracking numbersCommunicate with carriers and provide copies of bills of lading as neededInvestigate claims of shortages/overages by communicating with carriers, Customer Service, and Accounts Receivables and provide paperwork for credit memos as neededProvide paperwork and documents as neededPrepare shipping documents for transfer to storageTrack manpower weight averagesAssist Shipping Manager and Shipping Supervisor when requiredOrder supplies for Shipping Department
