Wade Ford, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, has a rare opening in their busy Parts Department. They are looking for an experienced automotive parts and accessories Shipping & Receiving Clerk to handle order fulfillment, packaging, shipping and tracking, processing of incoming parts and accessories deliveries, routine audits and assisting with the overall organization of the inventory.   

What will you be doing?

Establish and maintain a good working relationship with wholesale and retail customers.Assist all customers promptly and professionally including retail and service. Communication must be clear and concise.Maintain parts inventory, including stocking shelves, organizing bins, binning new parts and recording the location, conducting perpetual bin audits, and maintain special order bins.Assist in annual physical parts inventory audit.Complete all applicable Lithia & Driveway and manufacturer training required for certification.Answer telephone and emails and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.Maintain a clean and organized work area.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
