Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain operations, is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join their team in Wayne, NJ. This role involves managing the shipping process, inventory tracking, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to meet operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare shipments of products, materials, and supplies, including pulling items, packaging, and loading.Collaborate and communicate with Logistics, Customer Service, and other departments.Set up shipments with external vendors and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.Enter and maintain inventory data within the computer system.Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to handle inventory.Requirements
2–3 years of experience as a Shipping Clerk.Proficiency in inventory and database management.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience with forklift operation (both stand-up and sit-down).Pay & Schedule
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
