Overview FAIR-RITE PRODUCTS CORP. - LOCATED IN WALLKILL, NEW YORK Come Join Our Team! Shipping/Receiving Clerk must be able to perform at an entry level to pick, pack, and re-label product for shipping purposes. Assists in shipping the product out the door to our customers. Inventory is physically moved and recorded to maintain accurate records. Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Benefits for Full Time Employees: + Salary Range: $17.40/hr - $18.89/hr dependant on expereince + Medical, Dental and Vison insurance + 401(k) plan with Employer Match + Paid Vacation + Paid Sick Time + Employee Assistance Program Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Pick, pack, and re-label: Re-label and re-package orders per pick list + Understand CMS / ERP operations, written procedures, and screens required to perform duties + Transfer parts to internal teams as required + Unload and load trucks as needed + Assist with cycle counts + Assist with physical inventory as required + Perform material handling tasks + Other non-essential duties may be assigned as necessary + Follow all relevant Quality and / or Environmental standards to which Fair-Rite is certified + Follow all O.S.H.A. standards and the F/R Safety Health Policy Qualifications Minimum Education / Experience Requirements: + High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) + 1 – 3 months on the job training and or experience related to Shipping and Receiving Preferred Education / Experience Requirements: + Vocational / Technical Education or Technical Training Certificate + 3 months on the job training and or experience in Shipping and Receiving Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: + Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos + Ability to follow written/verbal instructions + Requires attention to detail, accuracy is a must + Ability to operate CMS/ERP system effectively + Ability to use stairway ladder + Ability to operate forklift + Ability to operate R.F.
