Shipping Receiving Clerk **Location:** Theodore, AL, United States, 36582 **Company:** Chart Industries **_What Will You Do?_** + Product Shipment – Responsible for BOL including MRP system updates (currently E1) to ensure accurate and timely shipping of products + Receiving – Receives raw materials per Purchase Order located in E1 (Chart’s MRP); Handles complex receipts and debits on both purchase orders and sales orders + Responsible for Bills of Lading + Generates freight quotes for shipment + Serves as main point of contact to all vendors and shippers + Prepares orders for shipment and schedules all shipments with vendors and shipping companies + Accepts and signs for deliveries + Assists in unloading shipments from delivery trucks + Checks shipping invoice to ensure all items are accounted for + Assists with inventory level maintenance and inventory counts, as needed + Operates forklift and other warehouse equipment to complete tasks adhering to company safety practices + Maintains a clean work area and practices general housekeeping standards + Performs all tasks to ISO standards and requirements + Performs other duties as assigned **_Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…_** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls and talk or hear; stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb ladder.
