Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? Join our team as a Senior Shipping & Receiving Operator and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly!


Schedule: Between 6am -6pm (8 hours)
Operate Crown forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently move products on and off trucks while ensuring safety and quality every step of the way. Verify inventory, inspect shipments, and be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

🚛 Efficient Product Handling

Use computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped.Locate requested items in the warehouse and handle pallet changes for picking.Inspect items visually for damage or flaws.

🛠️ Documentation & Problem Solving

Document damages and report them to supervisors or leads.Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanning equipment to document and verify counts of picked items.Alert leadership of any product issues and assist in resolving them.

🏗️ Warehouse Operations

Pack, seal, and label materials/pallets for shipping.Help maintain a clean, organized warehouse at the end of each shift.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

Operate other machinery and material handling equipment as needed.

What You Bring to the Role

✅ Experience & Expertise

2+ years of shipping and receiving experience.Proficiency in operating electric Double Pallet Jacks or Dockers.

✅ Skills That Shine

Ability to identify products through reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet identification numbers.Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.

✅ Adaptability & Resilience

Comfort working in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage.Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. (weight may vary by facility).Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends if needed.

Pay Range:$18.92 - $31.94
