Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Rogers Dental Lab in Athens, TN for a Full-Time Shipping & Receiving Specialist.

The regular hours for this position are from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Friday and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

Able to perform all functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Clerk and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases. Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production. Packs and ships case for delivery through local source or national carrier. Performs the scheduling function for each case Through LIS enter demographics and customer information Print preference notes matching to case. Move case into production area. Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storage Answer all incoming calls Respond to all inquiries from customer’s office Refers all technical inquires to appropriate team member All other duties as assigned.

 Minimum Education and Experience Required: 

Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent Some billing experience required
