As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist Level 3 here at\nHoneywell Industrial Automation, you will be responsible for managing the\nshipping and receiving operations in the IA/PMC business unit at\nour Pasadena, TX location. You will be accountable for ensuring the timely\nreceipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products, while maintaining\na high level of accuracy and compliance with shipping and receiving procedures.\nWith your strong attention to detail and organizational skills, you will\ncontribute to the smooth operation of our supply chain and help us deliver\nexceptional customer service. You will report directly to our Senior\nService and Repair Supervisor and you'll work out of our Pasadena, TX\nlocation on a full-time, on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and\nefficient flow of materials in and out of our facility. You will be responsible\nfor coordinating shipments, verifying incoming materials, and maintaining\naccurate inventory records. Your attention to detail and strong organizational\nskills will be essential in ensuring that our supply chain operations run\nsmoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive incoming shipments\nand verify the accuracy of materials against purchase orders or shipping\ndocuments.Inspect\nand record the condition of received goods, ensuring any damages or\ndiscrepancies are reported and resolved.Prepare,\npackage and ship outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and\ndocumentation.Work\nwith suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to establish\nstrong partnerships and streamline operations. Ensure\ncompliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.Develop and maintain strong\nrelationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

YOU MUST HAVE

1-2+ years of experience in\nlogistics management, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution\nenvironment.
