This position reports to
Production Manager
Your role and responsibilities•\tUnload, unpack, pack, and load various incoming materials.•\tVerify deliveries, inspect for damage, receive goods, and issue materials in the ERP system.•\tOrganize transportation and shipping of robots, switchgear, and parts, including issuing proper documentation.•\tManage material reservations, returns, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).•\tOrganize, store, and label received materials for traceability.•\tStage materials for production and perform inventory counts.•\tConduct incoming inspections of materials.•\tEngage positively with vendors and drivers and perform other related duties as assigned by the team lead or management.
Qualifications for the roleProficient in SAP with hands-on experience.Good verbal and written communication.Experienced with Microsoft Office suite, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.Forklift certification (overhead crane, Reach truck, electric and propane forklift).TDG Certificate (transport of dangerous goods) is preferredTrained in Fall Protection is preferred2-4 years shipping- receiving experience.High school diploma.Able to do repetitive work.Strong organizational and time-management skills.A strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining a strong commitment to safety is critical.Stand or sit for extended periods.Available to work OT. Able to lift 40 lbs.
