You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations while maintaining compliance with customs regulations and cost efficiency. Main tasks and responsibilities + Organizing domestic and international shipments + Monitoring shipment status and reporting delays + Identifying new transport solutions for project and standard cargo + Preparing transport documents in compliance with customer requirements + Managing import and export processes for Kalmar Poland + Handling customs procedures + Settling transportation costs and ensuring accurate documentation + Cooperating closely with other departments within Kalmar + Liaising with transport companies, freight forwarders, and courier services + Providing regular reports on intra-community supply (WDT) and export confirmations What you’ll need to succeed + Education:Higher education in logistics + Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google space software + Language:English atminimum B2 level + Soft Skills:Teamwork, creativity, communication skills, openness to learning You will be part of You will be part of 10-coworkers shipping team reporting to Bartosz Karpa Interested to join?
