We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Shipping Specialist to join our Shipping department. In this role, you will be responsible for shipping pharmaceutical products, instruments, and spare parts worldwide.
Our Shipping department handles a variety of shipments daily, including general cargo products, temperature controlled products, dry ice products, dangerous goods products, and precision instruments. Every day is different, offering unique challenges, tight deadlines, and opportunities to optimize workflows.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the International Shipping team under DK Logistics, you will:
Process orders released by the Planning department, Customer service and Order Management.Close coordination with a numerous departments to ensure on-time deliveries.Preparation of all underlying necessary paperwork.Coordination with external freight forwarders to establish the best shipping route.Arranging pick-ups and returns from customers and suppliers.Handle non-technical inquiries (e.g. prices, delivery times) Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing optimized workflows.Work in adherence to company procedures, policies, and compliance standards.Stay updated by completing all required company training.QualificationsQualifications and Education
Education: Business College degree or qualification as a Shipping Agent.Experience:- Proven experience in roles such as Shipping Agent, Order Processor, or Purchase and Support Coordinator.
- Familiarity with SAP Sales & Distribution (S&D) is preferred.Language Skills: Fluency in Danish and English at a professional level.
Preferred Skills and Certifications
IATA certification (highly preferred).Knowledge of ISO13485 standards is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.Additional Details
