Our client, a leader in the transportation industry, is seeking a CWR-Warehouse Associate II to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Shipping Warehouse Associate II
**Location:** Salt Lake City, UT
**Pay Range:** $20 per hour
Tuesday- Saturday 630am-3pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
+ Read customer orders and work orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, and shipped.
+ Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic.
+ Assemble products and participate in daily inventory and cycle counts.
+ Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify that loads have arrived on time and in good condition.
**What's Needed?**
+ **At least 1 year of dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry.**
+ Experience loading and unloading trailers is a plus.
+ Familiarity with using handheld scanners is beneficial.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
+ A commitment to completing work in a safe manner and adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
