Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Shipside Operations Specialist (Associate, Experienced or Senior) to support the Team in San Antonio, Texas on Variable Shift!

The selected candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who will support the production team in Final Assembly by providing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to positively affect the team’s efficiency in its delivery of product.  

Position Responsibilities:

Assist with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operations.Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.Provides limited feedback on assessment results.Support the teammates in implementation of strategies and plans.Works under general supervision.Must maintain all necessary certifications to perform the job. Exhibits Boeing Behaviors.Works 1st or 2nd shift.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of manufacturing experience.3+ years of experience with the system Velocity.1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding.1+ years of experience with IVT; REDARS.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience with PSDS; MPR system.1+ years of experience w/operations analysis.1+ years of experience w/root cause analysis.1+ years of experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills.1+ years of experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams.5+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience7+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Education/Experience: 

Associate (Level 2):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' re

lated work experience, etc.).

Mid-Level (Level 3):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Experienced (Level 4):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range for associate level: $61,200 – 68,000

Summary pay range for mid-level: $76,500 – 85,000

Summary pay range for senior level: $91,800 – 102,000
