Mission:  Continuously supports HPS activities and team initiatives, promotes HPS in the organization
Areas of Responsibilities:• Support implementation of HPS Office strategic priorities for Asia Pacific • Prepare HPS Office PowePoint presentation and Conceptboard design • Support HPS Office training, meetings, workshops and events, act as the support/co-facilitator when needed • Coordinate with HPS Academy for course planning, qualification and reporting • Promote HPS through digital channels (Viva Engage, Newsletter, Healthineers Wechat, etc.) • Liaise with AP HPS Community and share updates, support CRM/SCM/Agile Community management • Provide support in HPS Core & Complementary methods translation • Provide necessary administrative support to HPS Coaches in AP • Other related projects or tasks as assigned by manager or company
Experience:• Previous consulting and/or project management experience strongly preferred • Advanced written and communication skills in English • International work experience or working in an international team highly desirable • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and learning agility
Education：• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing subjects (Master’s degree & MBA preferred)
