SHL Project Manager – P58 Global Deployment

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and drive the successful execution of Project P58 within our global deployment initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring effective project planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining alignment with defined P58 Project Management standards, methods, and best practices with focus to Hongkong and Taiwan.
The Project Manager will work across multiple teams, managing timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure seamless implementation. The role requires the ability to travel to Hong Kong and Taiwan as needed to support project deployment and stakeholder engagement.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful deployment of Project P58, ensuring structured project execution and effective change adoption at the local and global levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning & Execution:
• Implement and oversee P58 Project Management processes, methods, and tools for assigned project waves.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with overall P58 program objectives.
• Drive the execution of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to proactively address project challenges.
• Stakeholder & Team Management:
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and communication.
• Serve as the key point of contact between project teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular status updates, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
• Process & Methodology Adherence:
• Ensure compliance with defined P58 Project Management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Continuously assess and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Change & Communication Management:
• Develop and execute local Change Management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
• Support Change Ambassadors in implementing communication and change initiatives.
• Ensure transparent and structured communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Track project performance and report key metrics to leadership.
• Document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain wave-specific SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and functional email accounts for project collaboration.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in Project Management, preferably in global or cross-functional environments.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in leading international and interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of P58 Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Change Management and Communication strategies is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar).
• Willingness and ability to travel to Hong Kong and Taiwan as required for project execution.

Note: this is a Project Manager (PM) role with the standard tasks for Hongkong /Taiwan. Can be somewhere out of the Region Greater China but should be able to travel to HK/TW with no restriction.
