And as we strive to shape the future of healthcare, our overall success will depend on our ability to continuously reinvent ourselves.  *  Support Senior accountants or perform for smaller entities by him/herself: Complete closing steps OR complete GL postings and ensure correction of all exceptions on time for the monthly/quarterly closing or similar related accounting work  *  Support Senior accountants or perform for smaller entities by him/herself: GL accountant: Review journal vouchers proposed by business for compliance with SFRG  *  Support Senior accountants or perform for smaller entities by him/herself: C&R accountant: Prepare ADSTAR reporting and PRC GAAP draft financial statements, including bridge from ESPRIT to HB I  *  Timely escalation of any hurdles affecting quality and timeliness of reporting  *  Proactively support managers in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities (quality and efficiencies, for one entity and across entities)  *  Be a good team player (share work load, meet deadlines, quality work, proactive and honest/straight forward communication, feel responsible for team success)  This position may suit you best, if building learning organizations is your expertise and you have extensive experience with Top Management Learning and Leadership Development.  > 3 years accounting experience in an accounting department and/or 4 busy seasons with Big 4 accounting firm.
