Mission/Position Headline:As the AI service management specialist you will work closely with IT BPs, AMS, APAC IPC and business teams using your AI technology and business acumen to support the creation of truly connected customer experiences. You'll provide accountabilities of Managed AI services on China Cloud environment and technical administration for the AI and GenAI services delivery.Your key focuses include:• Collaborate with global EA(Enterprise Architect),APAC AI expertise,and local SA(Solution Architect) to design a managed AI service portfolio that meets China’s business requirements.• Maintain a governance framework and operational model for managed AI and GenAI services in the China Cloud environment, in collaboration with IT Business Partners,key business stakeholders, and application managers.• As AI responsible in Project Team, support for business demands related with AI and GenAI• Standardlize AI service development methodology and management framework based on AI services on Cloud.• IT Compliance and Operational Excellence on AI and GenAI services on China Cloud environment.
Areas of Responsibilities:• Build trust relationships with stakeholders in a matrixed organization to understand the platform vision and align on deliver roadmap• Lead the topic of IT Compliance(ITCCS) for managed AI services on China Cloud environment which cover CAP assessment, Data Privacy, etc…• Manage the AI and GenAI platform architecture and integration from technical view• Establish the AI and GenAI platform governance model to standardize the process for cross-group change management to align,manage and coordinate new functionalities and configurations• Standardlize AI service development methodology and framework based on AI services on Cloud.• Meet the requirements of risk internal control and audit.• Work with supplier to maintain/upgrade AI platform, monitor and optimize the application performance.• Work with the application team, cloud team and supplier to investigate timely and effectively troubleshooting to deal with any AI and GenAI platform related issues to achieve customer service standards on a day to day basis• Work with service manager to build service management of these AI services and review incident/tickets from end users to optimize the operation capability of AI and GenAI services.• Participate in team planning, scoping and status meetings and make decisions to keep AI and GenAI services delivery on track.• Keep track on the latest AI technology and industry trends,explore new business opportunities.

Experience:1. 2+ years of experience on AI and GenAI development domain;2. Strong experience on AI services and model development.3. Proficient in at least one deep learning framework, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc., with practical model building, training and tuning experience. 4. Solid programming skills, proficient in Python, Java and other programming languages, familiar with commonly used data structures and algorithms.5. Familiar with AI services on Cloud providers, like Azure Machine Learning, Document Intelligence, AI Search, etc.... and non-AI services such as APIM, Function, etc…6. Proficient in machine learning, deep learning theory and main algorithms, including CNN, Transformer, reinforcement learning, etc., 7. Solid knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms: In-depth understanding of various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, etc….8. Familiar with LLM, RAG product and technology, experience on LLM training, fine-tune, deployment and RAG deployment.9. Familiar with services on AWS, Azure, Alibaba and own relevant certification on Cloud and AI.10. Familiar with SSO technology, Middleware technology(IIS, Nginx, Kubernetes,etc...) and Database technology (SQL Server, MySQL,et…)11. Solid knowledge on DevOps platform, familiar with CI/CD and source code management.12. Familiar with main project management framework, like Agile, Scrum and etc…13. Strong communication skills with business and IT teams.14. Workable Spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.15. Open mind to new technology & digital tools.
Education:Bachelor Degree. IT, Machine Learning related major will be preferred.
