XFE - Local Deployment PMOLocal Deployment Team
Responsible for safeguarding adherence of defined Project Management standards „on the ground"

Tasks & Responsibilities：
• Executes P58 Project Management processes, methods & tools for a Wave
• Supports Local Deployment Team Lead and IT-Lead operationally in all administrational questions and tasks
• Coaches Local Deployment Team in terms of P58 Project Management processes and their application
• Provides feedback on challenges, potential improvements etc. regarding Project Management processes, methods & tools
• Organizes and moderates Lessons Learned workshops
• Prepares, moderates and documents meetings and workshops of respective projects
• Executes Change Management and Communication locally
• Trains and supports Change Ambassadors
• Maintains wave-specific SharePoints, Teams, functional email accounts etc.
