Shop Administrator & Customer Service Representative

 

At T.O. Haas, we are looking for a Shop Administrator & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! If you’re ready to give it your all, your hard work will pay off with great benefits and opportunities for advancement.

 

 

Compensation:

$16 – $23/hour + bonuses (based on experience)

Primary Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to National Account companies.Greeting customers professionally in person, over the phone, and via email.Assisting with the dispatching of Service Trucks.Documenting and addressing customer concerns and inquiries.Providing detailed explanations of services or products.Processing payments and reviewing multi-point inspections and warranties with customers.Conducting follow-up calls regarding repairs, declined services, or customer satisfaction.Tracking new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for customers.Other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive field.Strong phone etiquette and ability to communicate clearly.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.Dependable, motivated, and professional in appearance.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including some Saturdays.Must pass an MVR and criminal background check before the start date.

Working Conditions:

Primarily in an office setting within the shop environment.
