**Job Title: Assembler** **Shift:** First Shift **Pay:** $14 - $15 per hour **Job Duties:** + Product Assembly: Assemble various products, including window and door shades, and umbrellas, ensuring all components are correctly fitted and meet quality standards. + Product Packaging: Efficiently and securely package assembled products for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit. + Tool Usage: Utilize hand and power tools to perform assembly tasks, following safety protocols and maintaining tools in good working condition. + Quality Control: Inspect products during and after assembly to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications. + Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. + Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembled products and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor. **Requirements:** + Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred. + Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. + Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.50/hr.
