We provide our customers with a full range of plumbing, HVAC and fire protection design/build and maintenance services. **SUMMARY** Reports directly to the Facility/Shop Manager; assist with the maintenance of the warehouse and supporting the Fire Protection Department. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **:** Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Assist with the loading and unloading of truck deliveries. 2. Pull material orders as requested by the field. 3. Restock bins and racks with returned materials from job sites. 4. Maintain and clean all common areas in and around the facility. 5. Distribute all UPS and FedEx deliveries as received to all departments. **ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES** **:** 1. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Facility/Shop Manager. 2. Operates a forklift. 3. Makes small deliveries in pickup truck. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Knowledge of Fire Protection pipe, valves, and fitting, equipment, tools, etc. a plus. 2. Ability to lift and carry boxes, materials, etc. approximately 40 pounds or more in weight. 3. Must be able to walk on uneven, slippery surfaces, and climb ladders and stairs as required. **QUALIFICATIONS** 1. High School Diploma or GED. 2. Basic Computer Skills, a plus. 3.
