We are looking for a dependable and diligent Service Shop Janitor to ensure our service department meets top cleanliness and safety standards.
What Will You Be Doing?
• Clean and sanitize all areas of the service shop, including work bays, floors, equipment, and restrooms.
• Dispose of waste and hazardous materials according to dealership protocols.
• Sweep, mop, and scrub shop floors to maintain a safe, non-slip environment.
• Stock and organize janitorial supplies and communicate needs for reordering.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, particularly in handling tools, chemicals, and equipment.
• Assist with occasional deep cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed by the service manager.
Who Are We Looking For?
• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work, ideally in an automotive or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
