As a Retail Expansion Project Leader, you will help to develop and implement retail strategies to enable maximum market penetration in the U.S.

Support the development of the project plan and budget for the sales and architectural design process.

Plan, organize and develop project Investment Requests (IR).

Create and maintain standard budget values for projects.

Support the proper handoff of the projects to various leaders and stakeholders.

Facilitate communications and interactions between the functional representatives and stakeholders.

Participate in project governance and quality control. Take the lead in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values.
