We do this by being deeply knowledgeable, fully capable, and always dependable, and our associates are the driving force behind this commitment. **Job Summary** Supervise and direct associates involved in inspection, maintenance and operation of equipment on customer job site or other remote locations. **Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities** + Supervises and directs field crew to include administering paperwork, transferring materials, machinery and associates to jobsite. + Prepares estimates of time and materials needed for jobs using work plans, blueprints, and schematic diagrams. + Manages relations with contractors. + Delegates job duties to field crews. + Leads daily safety meetings; responsible for 24 hour emergency call out. + Communicates with customers. **Nature and Scope** + Experience provides solutions. + Ensures that work is performed consistently with company policies and procedures. + Leads a group or team of support, craft, or lower level professional associates. **Work Environment** + Usually located in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort, such as dust, fumes, or odors. + Must continuously stand or walk or regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds). + Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time. **Education and Experience** + Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 5+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification.
