Job Description

Join our dynamic projects team as a Shop Helper where you will be instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop. Your role will involve locating and cleaning equipment/tools, assisting with their movement to end locations before and after repairs, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the work areas. You will also be responsible for picking up and dropping off parts, equipment, and tools from vendors. Additionally, you will operate hoisting and lifting devices such as cranes and forklifts to position machinery during installation, set-up, and repair, as well as operating machine tools for fabricating parts. Routine maintenance, small construction tasks, and supporting the production and maintenance teams are also part of this role.

Work Environment

Join a multicultural team of over 150 production staff in a brand new facility with conveyor belt machines running at normal temperature. We provide clean smocks, hairnets, gloves, and ear protection daily. Please note that beard nets are required if applicable, and you must provide your own safety-toe work boots. Jewelry, fake nails, and nail polish are not allowed. Work shifts are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, with flexibility for a 7 am or 9 am start.
