Job Title: Team Operations Manager
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Shift: 7:30 AM Start Time – Until Completion
Compensation: $75,000/year + Performance Bonuses

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Team Operations Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations. This position is ideal for a strategic, team-oriented leader with a hands-on approach to management. The Team Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing company policies and systems, ensuring operational efficiency, achieving sales targets, and creating a culture of excellence and consistency at every site.

Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Leadership

Direct and manage all operational activities across assigned locations.

Implement and refine standard operating procedures to align with company goals.

Ensure full compliance with internal policies, industry best practices, and state regulations.

Identify deficiencies and correct them in a timely and effective manner.

Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs while increasing sales and operational efficiency.

2. Team Management

Foster and maintain a consistent and professional customer experience that aligns with the company’s culture.

Lead, develop, and support a high-performing team including managers, advisors, and technicians.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to drive results.

Review weekly store sales and goals, addressing any gaps or areas of concern proactively.

3. Resource Allocation

Ensure optimal staffing levels at all locations through recruitment, scheduling, and workforce planning.

Provide ongoing support to location managers to meet daily and long-term operational goals.

4. Budget & Sales Management

Work with store managers and ownership to develop and manage operational budgets.

Monitor payroll and operating expenses, and implement cost-control measures when necessary.

Achieve and exceed sales benchmarks over time:

6 Months: $18,000 average per store per week

12 Months: $21,375 average per store per week

18 Months: $25,000 average per store per week
