  SHOP MECHANIC:
The Shop Mechanic will be a member of the Maintenance Department responsible for the repair and maintenance of the Fracturing equipment (including trucks, Frac pumps, blenders, and hydration units) using hand and/or power tools and following oral and written work orders.   WHY CALFRAC? Day Shift starts 5am to 5pm  8 days on and 6 days off schedule, 12 + hour shifts and overtime when available    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Diagnose and repair frac equipment Regularly perform preventive maintenance Troubleshoot malfunctions on all equipment Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies & Procedures   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record for last 3 years Diesel mechanic education/certification preferred 2+ years diesel/hydraulic maintenance Previous industry related experience preferred   COMPENSATION: Competitive Hourly Rate plus Overtime when available $22.00 to $39.00 an hour, depending on experience.
