Shop Production Manager / Dispatcher Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the workflow in the service department, ensuring timely and efficient completion of jobs. Dispatch work to technicians based on skill sets and availability. Monitor job progress and communicate with service advisors and customers on status updates. Ensure the shop maintains high levels of productivity and efficiency. Assist in resolving technical issues and problem-solving in real-time to avoid delays.
